● Holidays and Vacation Policies
We offer a competitive vacation policy in addition to the statutory and public holidays observed by our Dublin office. To help you recharge and maintain balance, we encourage a minimum of 21 days of vacation usage each year.
● Friday Team Building & Early Dismissal
For us, Fridays are for winding down and connecting. We set aside 30 minutes every Friday to gather over coffee, play a game, and share weekend plans. Plus, to kick off your weekend early, the workday wraps up at 4:30 PM.
